Dr. Krebs Achieves NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist Certification
Dr. Krebs of Chicago Spine and Sports has achieved a new milestone in musculoskeletal treatment and assessment. On August 6, 2009, Dr. Krebs successfully earned high marks on the National Academy of Sports Medicine’s (NASM) Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES) certification exam.
The NASM-CES certification is designed to equip professionals with advanced knowledge, skills, and abilities to assist clients experiencing musculoskeletal impairments, muscle imbalances, and post-rehabilitation concerns. Dr. Krebs reinforced his expertise in movement pattern alterations and corrective rehab protocols throughout the course.
According to the National Academy of Sports Medicine, “The NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist (NASM-CES) Advanced Specialization was developed in response to the growing need for professionals capable of helping clients with musculoskeletal impairments, imbalances, or rehabilitation concerns.
